7. Refund Policy
1. Refund Processing Terms
- If a returned product passes our quality control inspection, a refund will be issued back to the customer’s original payment method or via direct IBAN bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days.
- For orders paid via Credit/Debit Cards, funds will be refunded to the card-issuing bank. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution’s settlement cycle (typically 7–14 working days).
2. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges
- Initial delivery and shipping fees are strictly non-refundable unless the return is caused by a fulfilled error on our end (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
3. Order Cancellation Refunds
- If an order is canceled within the allowable 24-hour window prior to fabrication, a full 100% refund will be processed without penalty fees.
