1. Standard Order Cancellations
- Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of order placement by contacting customer service via WhatsApp or Email.
- Upon successful cancellation within 24 hours, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
2. Made-to-Order & Late Cancellation Limitations
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as the handcrafting process, leather cutting, and custom sizing will have already commenced at our manufacturing facility.
- Orders that have already been dispatched from our workshop cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
