1. Leather Care Guidelines To ensure the longevity of your handcrafted DEMOC footwear, we recommend:
- Storage: Always store shoes in the provided DEMOC cotton dust bags away from direct heat and moisture.
- Shoe Trees: Insert wooden shoe trees after wear to maintain the leather structure, absorb moisture, and eliminate creases.
- Conditioning: Clean off surface dirt with a soft brush and apply premium beeswax leather conditioner every 3-4 weeks.
2. Limited Craftsmanship Warranty
- Coverage Period: DEMOC provides a 30-day limited warranty covering structural manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
- Covered Defects: Major stitching unraveling, sole separation due to adhesive/welting issues, or hardware defects under normal wear conditions.
- Warranty Exclusions: Excludes natural leather wear and tear, intentional damage, water damage, color fading due to chemical use, and improper sizing selection by the client.
