How it works

Four steps to your pair

I.

Design

Choose the silhouette, leather colour, sole, lining, hardware and initials, with a clear price for every option.

II.

Fit

Give your PK/EU/US size, foot shape and measurements, or a tracing of your feet for a custom last.

III.

Inspiration

Upload up to four images from your gallery and tell us how closely the atelier should follow them.

IV.

Checkout

Review your itemised price and pay in full, or a 50% design deposit, by card or Raast. We make your pair by hand after you approve the design proof.

How to measure your foot
  1. Stand on a sheet of paper in the evening, when feet are largest, wearing the socks you usually wear.
  2. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe; measure the distance in cm.
  3. Measure both feet and use the larger one. Pick the row whose cm value is equal to or just above your length.
  4. Between sizes, or one foot differs? Tick “different left / right size” or add your measurements below.

For deposit orders, the balance is collected through a secure payment link after you approve your design proof. If the atelier cannot make your design, the deposit is refunded in full.

What happens next

    Design & pay

    Choose your design, upload your inspiration and pay the full price or a 50% design deposit by card or Raast.

  2. II.

    Design proof

    The atelier reviews your choices, measurements and images and sends a digital design proof for your approval. Production starts only after you approve it.

  3. III.

    Made by hand

    Cutting, lasting, finishing and quality control in our Lahore atelier, 20–30 working days after approval.

  4. IV.

    Delivered

    Packed in DEMOC packaging and delivered across Pakistan in 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Follow every stage — Measurement → Design proof → Cutting → Lasting → Finishing → QC → Dispatched — in your account or on Track order.

Questions

Before you commission

Is the price on screen the price I pay?

Yes. Every option shows its price and the total updates as you choose. Our server recalculates the same total before checkout; shipping is shown at checkout.

When do I pay a deposit instead of the full price?

If you upload a design to recreate, choose a detailed recreation or ask us to recreate your own design, you pay a 50% design deposit. The balance is requested by a secure payment link after you approve the design proof. If the atelier cannot make the design, the deposit is refunded in full.

Can you copy a branded shoe from my photo?

We use your images as inspiration and can recreate the main design features, but we do not reproduce protected logos, trademarks or another brand’s proprietary design.

Who sees my measurements and photos?

Only the DEMOC atelier team, for this order. Images are stored privately, never published, and deleted on request.

Can I return a bespoke pair?

Bespoke pairs are made to your specification and are non-returnable except for a manufacturing defect. That is why nothing is cut until you approve your design proof.
