- Handcrafting Timeline: Every DEMOC footwear pair is manufactured upon order placement. Production, lasting, hand-burnishing, and quality testing take 10 to 14 business days before dispatch.
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with your order summary and manufacturing schedule.
2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
- Delivery Partner: Dispatch is carried out via leading national courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopards, CallCourier).
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 working days post-dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: Flat-rate or free shipping promotional tiers are applied automatically at checkout.
3. International Shipping
- Global Carriers: Delivered via international courier express services (DHL / FedEx).
- Transit Time: 10 to 15 business days post-dispatch, depending on destination customs clearance.
- Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Parcel Tracking & Receiving
- Tracking numbers and tracking links are shared via Email and WhatsApp immediately after dispatch.
- Customers are requested to inspect the external packaging before accepting the parcel from the courier representative.
